Passenger Service Agent – GATWICK AIRPORT
You will help manage queues, be a point of information for passengers, check passports, visas and tickets, check-in, weigh and tag baggage. You are customers' first contact with their airline and so we need staff with a positive attitude and offer friendly and helpful assistance. Fixed Term 7 month contract, 20 hours per week, staff must be available to work a shift pattern.

Ramp Agent – GATWICK AIRPORT
A physically demanding job, loading bags onto the aircraft, directing traffic in the apron, attaching stairs to aircraft, generally preparing for aircraft arrival and departure. Candidates must me physically fit and able to work in a physically demanding environment. Fixed Term 7 month contract, 20 hours per week, staff must be available to work a shift pattern.

We are looking for Mandarin & Cantonese speakers, ideally with experience in customer facing or sales based roles. Staff should be flexible to work on a shift basis. Most importantly, staff must be passionate, enthusiastic and confident communicators.
